IFSCC 29th Congress
10.30.16 - 11.2.16
AMA is proud to be a GOLD SPONSOR of the IFSCC 29th Congress!
It is time – the 29th IFSCC Congress registration and Dolphin Hotel Resort room block are now officially open. Take a look through the Third Announcement and see what we have planned.
The US Society has waited 12 years for another chance to host an IFSCC Congress. Now our time is at hand and this event promises to be a wonderful and exhilarating experience for all attendees!
The scientific program will provide the latest breakthroughs in Cosmetic Science as we go “Beyond Dreams into New Frontiers”. We hope to “Innovate” new ideas that will “Inspire” you to “Imagine” all the opportunities available to us.
The Committee on Scientific Affairs (COSA) has selected 74 podium presentations and 350 poster presentations from 450 submissions. In addition there will be 8 special keynote speakers. You can be sure that the level of scientific discovery and learning will be outstanding! You will most definitely get a pulse of the latest global scientific innovations from some of the creative minds in our industry.
In addition to the General Sessions, there will be an exhibition that promises to be rewarding to both the exhibitor and the attendee. And make note of our new InnoTech/Connect Zone where you will have a chance to discuss with leading Universities about emerging technology transfer. Several exhibition companies will also get the chance to make a presentation of their latest innovative raw materials. And lastly, there will be a speaker corner which will give any attendee a chance to ask additional questions of the podium speakers.
And, of course, there will be Social Events. We start with the Opening Ceremony on Sunday night, and then a Congress Social Event at Epcot on Monday night and we close the Congress with a spectacular gala closing banquet. Tuesday night is reserved for a number of supplier sponsored social events. For those who golf, a Congress golf outing will take place on Sunday morning as well as a “Fun Run” around the Dolphin/Disney properties.
Our committees for this Congress have been hard at work to create an atmosphere blended with the right mix of science and learning and enjoyable social events. This is the place to be in 2016 where scientists from around the world will meet as one Global community.
Looking forward to seeing all of you in Orlando!
