Consumer Research Studies

Consumer research studies are an important part of marketing research wherein the behaviors of a target consumer are identified through direct observation. This is accomplished by examining motivations, preferences, and the buying behaviors of that targeted consumer. Knowing your consumer will help in the successful launch of your product/s into the market. AMA Laboratories offers our own, most unique, Panel and Focus Group facility.

The test area contains an ample conference room that can be viewed through a two-way mirror affording the client an opportunity to immediately view the consumers’ reactions and comments. This facility is equipped with state-of-the-art audio and video recording equipment and is available for conducting all types of consumer research, from simple questionnaires to “one-on-one” interviews, as well as the viewing and analyzing of television commercials.

Focus Group Studies:

  • 5 persons to 15 persons
  • Panel Studies – 20, 25, 50 persons

Specific protocols designed to demonstrate product efficacy.

BLUE LIGHT TESTING!

Blue Light, also known as High Energy Visible Light (380-530nm), testing method designates protection capabilities via in-house generated High Energy Visible Light Protection Factor (HEV-PF) calculated from spectrometric measurements performed over the 380-530nm spectral range.

Visible Light (400-700nm) testing method designates protection capabilities via in-house generated Visible Light Protection Factor (VIS-PF) calculated from spectrometric measurements performed over the 400-700nm spectral range.
